Promote Your Network sets great store by treating personal details with great care. This is why we process and protect personal details with great care. In doing so, we naturally comply with all the requirements laid down by the Personal Data Protection Act. Promote Your Network is the party responsible for the data processing. Since our processing activities are all covered by the statutory exemption rules, they are not reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Recording and processing data
We only keep and use those personal details submitted by you directly or where it is clear upon submission that they are being provided to us. Data that is no longer needed is deleted. Registration system
In order to get the best out of our website, you will need to register for it. After registration, we will keep the personal details that you have submitted such as your name, e-mail address and profile name, along with other data you have submitted such as your place of residence and country. We keep this data so that you do not need to enter it again each time and so that we can get in touch with you again in connection with the performance of the agreement.

When you wish to pay for your upgrade with a credit card or similar payment method then we will pass your card details on to our bank for the authorisation of the transaction.
